South Louisiana Medical Associates (SLMA) just keeps getting bigger and stronger – better equipped to treat the people of the Houma-Thibodaux area.
SLMA’s Comprehensive Dermatology Clinic announced this morning that it has merged with the Houma Dermatology Clinic to create a local network of dermatology clinics which will offer a wide range of skin care services to new and prospective patients in Lafourche, Terrebonne and St. Mary parishes.
SLMA’s Comprehensive Dermatology Clinic will expand Houma Dermatology Clinic’s services to now feature the full gamut of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology under the umbrella of the larger, multi-specialty group.
Doctors Alexis Duke and Mark Neal and their team of professional and compassionate staff are working to incorporate both practices under one roof – an exciting time for the entities.
“This collaboration allows us to join a larger network of doctors throughout the Houma area,” Dr. Neal said. “Working as one team, we will continue to offer our patients the highest quality, professional care with the latest in cosmetic and medical skin care services.”
The Comprehensive Dermatology Clinic will operate out of the Houma office, which is located at 12 Professional Drive.
The facility is currently being completely redone to provide the best in medical and cosmetic dermatological products and services.
Patients will have access to new technology and state-of-the-art surgical facilities, while also still getting the at-home customer service that comes with any good clinic.
“Our patient satisfaction will continue to be our main focus throughout the collaboration with the SLMA Comprehensive Dermatology Clinic,” Dr. Neal said.
The Clinic will move from its Morgan City location to 1302 Lakewood Drive, Suite 202 and it will continue to operate out of its current Cut Off/Galliano location, offering an expanded list of medical, cosmetic and spa skin care services.
