A disagreement outside a Houma business led to an early morning shooting that injured four people.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Jerry Larpenter said that at approximately 3:30 a.m. this morning, TPSO responded to a call of multiple subjects that had been shot inside a 2017 Nissan Altima, which crashed into a utility pole in the 2700 block of West Park Avenue.


TPSO learned that four victims were shot in the incident and they had been taken to hospitals outside of the Houma area for treatment.

Their identities and injuries are not being released at this time.

Authorities learned that the incident stemmed from a previous disagreement outside a business on Martin Luther King Boulevard.
