LPSO: Arrested school board member stole from employer

A first-term Lafourche Parish School Board Member was arrested today on felony charges.
Robby Gisclair, 41, was arrested this morning by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with felony theft.
Gisclair is a Lafourche Parish School Board Member representing District 12 in the southern portion of the parish.
Last fall, he won the seat, defeating incumbent Ann Sanamo for the position.
The Times has contacted LPSO this morning and they said they’re gathering information about the arrest and will prepare a release for the public today.
The Times will update and provide more at that time. We’re also is working to contact the School System to get information about Gisclair’s position on the board.
