An investigation into Ocean Spa and Massage on Main Street led to a prostitution arrest, Terrebonne Parish’s Chief Deputy, Col. Terry Daigre said.

On Thursday, Feb. 7, undercover agents entered the establishment. An undercover agent paid an initial price for a massage, authorities say, and the “massage therapist” began touching in an inappropriate manner and offered to conduct sexual favors for additional money.

Narcotics Agents then entered the building and took a California woman, 52-year-old Xuequan Feng, into custody. Feng was the only person working at this establishment at the time, according to TPSO.

TPSO’s Narcotics Division began this investigation after receiving complaints from the public of suspected prostitution at the spa.

A search warrant was conducted on the building. Agents recovered U.S. Currency that was hidden in multiple locations and some prescription pills during the search. They also recovered bank account information and currency ledgers associated with this type of criminal activity.

Xuequan Feng was arrested for Prostitution by Massage, Attempted Distribution of A Legend Drug, Racketeering, Criminal Mischief, and Resisting An Officer.

She was jailed at Terrebonne Parish Criminal Complex where she is awaiting a bond.
