Jay brings with him a lifetime of experience in the custom home building industry. He worked for his father, Lea Rutter, for 12 years before going out on his own at the age of 24, now he strives to offer the same standard of quality associated with all Rutter Built homes.

“I’m proud to be a part of the Rutter name in the local home building area . Lea always talked about doing quality work and building quality homes no matter what the size or the price and I want to carry on that same tradition for many years to come,” Jay says.
