Lafourche Parish District Attorney Kristine Russell is hosting two Senior Sources Days in August to try and inform local seniors of what’s happening in our community.

The first will be on Aug. 5 at the Larose Civic Center. The second will be on Aug. 7 at the Thibodaux Civic Center.


Both events will begin at 8:30 a.m.

The events will have several speakers who will be discussing the latest scams. Information will also be given on mail-in ballots for easy voting, the 65 freeze, juror exemption status and how to recognize senior abuse and much more.

Annette Fontana – Clerk of Court


Wendy Thibodaux – Tax Assessor

Lisa Pinho – Assistant District Attorney for the Elderly

Tommy Eschete – Mayor (Thibodaux Location)


Michael Boudreaux – Registrar of Voters.
