Beginning Tuesday, March 24, Lafourche Parish Council meetings will be live streamed moving forward. 


 

“There is no better time than now to utilize technology to give all of Lafourche access to the business we conduct as their local elected officials,” said Parish President Archie Chaisson. “We want to be as transparent as possible, but even more than that, live streaming on social media offers a way to interact in real time. We want to hear from our residents,

 

Meetings are held on the second and last Tuesday of every month and start at 5 p.m. 

 

This Tuesday’s meeting, and ones moving forward, will be live streamed on the Lafourche Government’s Facebook page.
