Original post:

Port Fourchon Harbor Police report traffic on the LA 1 elevated highway is down to one lane due to a disabled 18-wheeler blocking part of the roadway.

The disabled vehicle is located just south of the toll plaza in the northbound lane, and Harbor Police are on scene to help the flow of traffic. Expect delays on the expressway in this area for the next 1-2 hours until the disabled truck is cleared from the roadway.
