Reward offered for suspect in shooting case

Scores of police officers from multiple agencies conducted a massive sweep Thursday morning in Houma neighborhoods plagued for months by gunfire and other criminal activity.
At least two search warrants were executed at homes in Village East and Mechanicville. Heavily armed officers in protective gear, meanwhile, hunted down more than 50 people for whom arrest warrants were issued.
“Operation Seize His Shadow” included the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, Houma Police, Louisiana State Police, Thibodaux Police and Louisiana Probation and Parole.
