The Republican Parish Executive Committee off Terrebonne Parish has announced several endorsements ahead of the November election.

The RPEC of Terrebonne is endorsing Kyle Ardoin for Louisiana Secretary of State – a unanimous vote among party members.

For Terrebonne Council, two members abstained to vote because of conflict of interest concerns, but remaining members voted unanimously to endorse Wallace Ellender in District 9.

For Terrebonne Parish Sheriff, the RPEC of Terrebonne says it’s endorsing both men, Tim Soignet and Blayne Bergeron, saying that both will be good leaders in the position.

“We found no reason to rule out either candidate,” a release stated.

The RPEC of Terrebonne is a diverse group of conservative leaders, each representing a different Parish Council District or one of the five At-Large Committee seats.
