The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office along with the assistance of the Coteau Fire Department will temporarily close Coteau Road from Hwy 182 to Bayou Gardens Blvd on Friday, February 14. The Krewe of Hercules floats will be moved to Southland Mall.
Bayou Gardens Blvd will also be temporarily closed from Coteau Road to Southland Mall until all floats have entered the Southland Mall staging area.
These closures will begin sometime between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and will remain closed for approximately 1 hour or until all floats have cleared roadways.
Motorists are urged to use an alternate route during this time.
