On Wednesday, February 19 Dantin Chevrolet will distribute $5,850 to three local charities: Girls On The Run Bayou Region, YouthBuild and Casa of Lafourche.
“The participating charities are very important in our community,” said Tris Dantin, general manager. “We are so very proud to be able to help the local community and provide a great way to let people give back.”
During the months of November, December and January, the dealership raised over $5,000 for local charities through its Drive It Forward Program, which allows customers who purchase a new or used vehicle to choose a local charity that will receive a $50 donation.
This is the first year Dantin Chevrolet hosted the program, Dantin said.
“Our commitment here at Dantin Chevrolet is to provide excellence in both sales and service,” he continued, “and to give back to our community in any way we can.”
