Felix John Chauvin, 90, passed away on Wednesday, May 6th, 2020 at 1:50 AM. Born, April 9th, 1930 he was a native of Schriever and resident of Thibodaux.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
He is survived by his 3 sons, Ronald P. Chauvin (Debra), Michael J. Chauvin (Sheila) and Ricky J. Chauvin (Charlene); 1 daughter, Gayle C. Blanchard (Ronald); 12 grandchildren; and 20 1/2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Dudley, Larry and Charles Chauvin; sisters, Elaine C. Hebert and Sharon C. Schexnayder.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Helene Ordoyne Chauvin; daughter, Kathy Chauvin Fields; parents, Morris and Glaze Dufrene Chauvin; brothers, Leonard, Morris, Jr., and Jerrel Chauvin; sisters, Mary C. Leger and Mildred LeBlanc; and grandchild, Brandie Chauvin.
