Mary Lebouef, 96, a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana passed away on February 27, 2020.
A visitation will be held in her honor on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue from 9:00 am until the Religious Service at 12:00 pm. The burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Houma.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry Bourg, George Bourg, Gary Bourg, Jeffrey Bourg, David Bourg, Danny Lebouef; daughters, Mary Lee Leboeuf and Sandra Fields; 22 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lebouef; son, United States Navy Chief Petty Officer Leonard “Black” Bourg Jr., daughter, Arlene Labit; parents, Justilien Songe and Emma Brunet Songe; 16 step brothers and sisters and two grandsons.
She was a wife and mother who worked many years at Motivated Seafood. She liked to sew and read.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be to a cancer benefit of their choice.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue LLC is in charge of arrangements.
