After several long, tough days in the sun, the Manning Family will give the public a chance to see some of the best quarterbacks in the country in action.
The Air-It-Out Passing Competition is an annual staple of the event – a competition which sees Eli and Peyton Manning throw several long passes to receivers in a passing showcase which is open to the public.
After the showcase, the camp counselors will host an accuracy competition where they will have to hit moving targets for the chance to earn the title as top dog of the camp.
The camp’s counselors are comprised of some of the best collegiate quarterbacks in the country – a group which has consisted of Andrew Luck, Matthew Stafford, Dak Prescott, Matt Leinart and several other top names in the past.
This year’s event is set for Saturday night at John L. Guidry Stadium. It will begin at 6:30 p.m. – weather permitting.
Admission is $12 and 100 percent of the proceeds from the event go to benefit Nicholls State University athletics.
