“Story of Bayou Lafourche.” Tells the story of the area with sections on the Chitimacha Indians, Acadian settlers, sugarcane plantations, slavery and the family of former Gov. Edward Douglas White and his son, former Supreme Court Chief Justice Edward Douglass White.
