Down-on-his-luck Broadway producer Max Bialystock and his nerdy young accountant, Leo Bloom, concoct a scheme to raise thousand of dollars from backers and then put on a guaranteed flop of a show, “Springtime for Hitler.” Only problem, the show becomes a hit.
