The play explores the mythical world of Ovid’s gods and kings, which emerge from a giant swimming pool that will dominate the Reilly stage. “Barefoot in the Park” (Kenner) Nov. 3-19 at the Rivertown Repertory Theatre, 325 Minor St. in Kenner’s Rivertown district. Neil Simon’s classic romantic comedy. “Night of Pinter” (Baton Rouge) Nov. 7-12, 7:30 p.m. curtain with a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday, at the Hatcher Hall Theatre on Fieldhouse Drive on the LSU campus. “Rose’s Dilemma” (Houma) Nov. 9-19, with a 7:30 p.m. curtain nighly and 2 p.m. Sunday matinees, at Le Petit de Terrebonne, 7829 Main St. This Neil Simon play chronicles the relationship between literary pals Rose Steiner, who is facing financial ruin, and Walsh MacLaren.
