U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. announced that Louisiana is the first state to receive broadband funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act which he helped author and pass into law last year. It will bring $2,941,542.28 for affordable and reliable internet throughout the state.
