Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office - Press Release

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a former Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office employee after information surfaced of her involvement in a sexual relationship with an inmate being housed with Terrebonne Parish.  Angelle Hebert, 27, of Bourg, was arrested on charges in connection with the investigation.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Criminal Intelligence Unit (CIU) Detectives have made an arrest, in connection with a Drive-by Shooting investigation.  Criminal Intelligence Detectives have arrested two juvenile offenders, and are actively seeking a third offender, in connection with the case.

Four remain jailed with a number of charges including Attempted Second Degree Murder, Possession with the Intent to distribute a CDS, Resisting an Officer by Flight, Illegal Discharge of a Weapon, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

TPSO: Gary Diggs was arrested for Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile charges. During the investigation, SVU Detectives learned that Diggs was recently released after serving a lengthy prison sentence in California, stemming from a 1995 conviction for 2 counts of Rape by Force/Fear charges, in a separate and unrelated case.
