Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office - Press Release

Keith Allen Naquin, 51, was arrested on charges of 2 counts of 1st Degree Rape. Throughout the investigation, Detectives learned that Naquin served as a clergyman during the time frame of the allegations, at a local church in the Montegut area. Naquin has bonded out of jail.

Shortly after 11:00am on Monday, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division was called to an address in the 300 block of Mozart Drive in reference to an active structure fire, that was being worked by the Grand Caillou Fire Department. Trinity Michael Chaisson, 19, was arrested for Aggravated Arson.

Brian Authement Jr. was arrested for charges of Aggravated Second Degree Battery after allegedly swerving his vehicle to intentionally cause contact with a dirt bike on Bayouside Drive. The driver of the dirt bike was ejected and suffered serious injuries.

Jonathan Johnell Ruffin was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery, Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, False Imprisonment with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Felony Theft, Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Driving Under Suspension, Driving with No Insurance, as well as outstanding warrants.
