In an effort to help high school students master the ACT, Nicholls State University is offering an ACT Prep Class to students who are preparing to take the ACT for the first time or looking to raise their score. The class will be held on Saturday, August 27, and Saturday, December 3, from 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


The one-day course will be led by instructor Daniel Garner, teaching students testing strategies and test preparation for all grade levels. Garner will over test sections in each subject, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Reading. Registration for the course is $125 and includes an ACT Prep book and sample test.
