Shortly after 12:30 a.m on Saturday, February 22, Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents, K-9 and patrol deputies, along with other investigators, made multiple arrests at 405 Harding Drive in Houma that had been the subject of numerous complaints regarding illegal activity.


 

Officers found illegal substances and several individuals with active arrest warrants. Arrests were made and a search of the premises turned up additional contraband. A total of ten individuals were transported to the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex where they were booked. The bond for Lolita Martin is $2,800; Bond for all other suspects is each set at $250,000.

 

Col. Terry Daigre, Chief Criminal Deputy, who played a major role in coordinating the case, said the raid marks an important win for a neighborhood plagued by illicit activities.

 

“We worked tirelessly to build this case;” Col. Daigre said. “People of this neighborhood were being held hostage by these chronic criminal activities. Our action Saturday morning was a result of patience and perseverance; not only on the part of our deputies; but nearby residents whose quality of life suffered from this activity.”

Anthony Joseph Hickman, 41, 405 Harding Drive, Houma: Failure to appear; resisting an officer; letting disorderly place; allow use of disorderly place; possession of heroin (felony); marijuana 1st offense; drug paraphernalia; methamphetamine less than 28 grams (felony); Klonopin (felony); controlled dangerous substance III.

 

Donald Jesse Allen Jr., 54, 405 Harding Drive, Houma: Letting a disorderly place; allow use of disorderly place; possession of Valium; heroin (felony); marijuana 1st offense; drug paraphernalia; methamphetamine less than 28 grams (felony); Klonopin (felony); controlled dangerous substance II; firearm w/CDS


Ashley Lynn Broussard, 35, 348 Bayou Blue Road, Houma: Letting a disorderly place; allow use of disorderly place; possession with intent distribute CDS II; Possession of: heroin (felony); marijuana 1st offense; drug paraphernalia; methamphetamine less than 28 grams (felony); Klonopin (felony); firearm w/CDS.

Troy Anthony Downer, 53, 109-A Bayou Gardens Drive, Houma: Letting a disorderly place; allowing use of a disorderly place; Possession of: marijuana 1st  offense; drug paraphernalia; methamphetamine less than 28 grams; Klonopin; CDS II; Possession of a firearm w/a controlled and dangerous substance; possession with intent to distribute CDS II.
