The Houma Police Department would like to ask for assistance from the public with locating Kendall Labbe 34 years old. Labbe is wanted for two counts of felony theft warrants that have been issued in Terrebonne Parish.
Labbe has been approaching females in public locations and arranging a Separate location to meet with them. On two separate occasions Labbe has stolen several thousand dollars from the unsuspecting victims and has failed to deliver a product. It does appear that the victims that he is targeting are female and the Houma Police Department would like to warn the citizens of Terrebonne Parish of his fraudulent activities.
