Sheriff Tim Soignet said that on Thursday, February, 10, 2022, the Terrebonne Parish Narcotics division was assisted by TPSO K-9 division and SWAT team with executing a search warrant on a local drug dealer’s apartment. 

After a month long investigation narcotics agents were able to secure a search warrant in reference to illegal narcotics being distributed from an apartment located at 1803 Martin Luther King Blvd. Houma, La. The apartment was being leased to Terry Henderson Jr., who was also identified as the suspect, distributing the illegal drugs such as Fentanyl, Crystal Meth, Marijuana and prescription pills.

The search resulted in agents recovering drugs, money and guns. This list of drugs are as follows: 60 Fentanyl pills, 25 Cyclobenzaprine pills, Hydrochloride pills and Marijuana. There was a 7.62  long rifle with (4) 30 round magazines and a 50 round drum, a loaded .380 Ruger handgun along with $1458 in cash, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia items.    


At the conclusion of this search warrant Terry Henderson Jr., age 24, of Houma, was arrested for illegal carrying of a weapon in the presence of CDS, Possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Possession of a legend drug without a prescription, Possession with the intent to distribute Fentanyl and illegal proceeds derived from drug transactions.

Henderson was and booked on the charges mentioned above and later released from jail on a $50,000.00 bond on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022.
