The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a string of automobile thefts this morning in the Manchester Subdivision.

The break-ins were believed to have occurred between 1-3 a.m. early Tuesday morning.

TPSO Chief Criminal Deputy, Col. Terry Daigre, said detectives are working the case and hope to develop suspect(s) soon.

“Our detectives are working on leads which we are not yet at liberty to disclose. We would like to hear from anyone with information that might help,” Daigre said.

Most of the property stolen was from unlocked automobiles, although a mini motorbike was taken from a carport.

Other items stolen were an iPad, various amounts of cash, phone chargers, a vaping machine and other random items.

Exeter Run, Manchester Drive, Nottingham Trace, and Thetford Drive are among streets where thefts occurred.

Tips may be called in to Bayou Region Crime Stoppers at (800) 743-7433. Calls are confidential and a reward may be paid for information resulting in arrests.
