Southdown Marketplace Arts & Crafts Festival

Nov. 1

This one-day arts and crafts festival features handmade gifts, keepsakes, décor and more. Cajun food and beverages sold. Tours of the plantation house offered. Admission is $5 for adults, free to children age 12 and under.

Open to area adults age 18 or older, the photography competition includes three categories: Color, Black and White and Other (computer-altered photos). Ribbons and prize money will be awarded. All entries must be original photographs controlled by the photographer only.

Duck Unlimited Annual Banquet & Outdoor Show
