Krewe of Mardi Gras 16th Annual Chili Cookoff

Competitors vie for cash prizes ranging from $200 to $2,000 and bragging rights at this year’s cook-off. Cooking begins at 9 a.m.; judging and a live auction at 2 p.m. and music by Ross Grisham (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and Category 6 (6:30 to 10 p.m.). Auction items include an ice chest of Crown Royal and a half-and-half cash raffle. Admission is $10.
