Nearly 2 million cases of COVID-19 have been detected within this age group during the pandemic. COVID-19 can make children very sick and cause them to be hospitalized. Children can also spread the virus. Widespread vaccination that includes children is crucial to stopping the pandemic. Help protect your child, your family, and others and slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community by getting yourself and your children ages 5 years and older vaccinated.
