Father of murdered Lafourche children offers thanks

Dear Editor,

The family of Camille and Braxton Hebert extends our most sincere heartfelt appreciation to everyone that offered their love, prayers, thoughts, and support during our time of need.

In honor of Camille and Braxton, memorials will be constructed at the two schools the

children attended: one at Lockport Upper Elementary School (where Camille was a

fourth grader), and one at Lockport Lower Elementary School (where Braxton was a second grader).

In addition to these two memorials, scholarships in memory of Camille and Braxton will be established for area students.

As a result of an overwhelming response from the community, the Camille and Braxton Hebert Memorial Fund has been established through Coastal Commerce Bank.

Anyone wishing to contribute to the memorials can contact any branch of Coastal Commerce Bank.
