Reader: Local option for youth fun exists

Dear Editor:

I read your article on Waterland. You must be new to the area or didn’t check out the story you were told about not having any activities for kids .

We’ve had a family entertainment in Houma for 15 years. We offer miniature golf, batting cages, games and parties. Right now, we have a Halloween special we’ve been doing for five years, it’s a haunted golf course at a very reasonable price. During December, we have a Christmas light display. So, don’t say Houma has nothing to offer for recreation.
