Dear Editor,

A school. D school. Blame it on the teacher. Not the student body. Not the parent.

What our state and federal regulators are telling us is if you take the faculty from Mulberry Elementary School, which earned an A-plus, and send them to Southdown Elementary, a D school, then send the Mulberry staff to Southdown, next year at the same time, Mulberry will be a failed school and Southdown will have an A-plus.

What a crock. Shame on you, Gov. Jindal.
