Cactus Lounge and Street Survivors have teamed up with Bayou Community Foundation to present the first “Bars 4 Da Bayou” event happening this Saturday, Dec. 4.

 

Local regional bars are teaming up to help a great cause! Participating bars include Cactus Lounge, Tiger Lounge, Whiskey Haven, Timmy T’s, 5 O’clock Somewhere, Jeaux’s Horizon, Just One More, Mahoney’s, Mama G’s, The Canal Bar, Pours Tavern, Big Daddy’s, Frogs, Billy Mac’s, Jude-O’s, Red Goose, and JB&L.


 

Street survivors will also be holding a Chip Run that will be on the same day and all vehicles are welcome to join! Registration will be at 9:00 a.m. at the 3rd Base Bar with the first vehicle moving out at 9:15 a.m. The entry fee is $15 per vehicle and $10 per passenger. The first stop will be at Billy’s Tavern, the second stop will be at the old Swamp Shack, the third stop will be at Outer Limits, the fourth stop will be at Smiley’s Saloon, and they will end at the Cactus Lounge.
