Celery Reindeer and Banana Santas

Food offers a realm of possibilities to help children learn. Food can become a hands-on activity to help promote healthy eating. Kids need a variety of fruits & vegetables daily. Fruits & vegetables are naturally low in fat and are great sources of nutrients such as; potassium, fiber, vitamin A, and vitamin C. It can be helpful to prepare multiple servings ahead of time to make an easy grab-and-go snack.
