Hello Friends! Many of you are officially out of school this month and gearing up for some fun summer activities. While you are planning your activities remember that this month, we celebrate Dad!
Father’s Day is celebrated nationally on the third Sunday in June in the U.S. since 1972 when President Richard Nixon declared that it would be celebrated annually.
If you are looking for something fun to do with your dad this year, you are in luck. This year according to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, Father’s Day also falls on one of the best fishing days of the year. What a great activity to do with your dad! You can also cook him his favorite food or make him something special like a Father’s Day ribbon.
