Join Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC), Lafourche Parish, and Nicholls State University for “Five Steps to Financing Success” workshop on Tuesday, April 12, at 10:00 a.m. located at the Theodore Duhe Building, 235 Civic Center Blvd. in Houma.
The workshop teaches five easy steps to increase the balance in business checking accounts. LSBDC Associate Director Jimmy Nguyen will teach how to identify and secure the financing you need to grow your business as he understands it can be both scary and difficult for business owners. In the seminar, you will learn what is needed and different typer of funding options offered. The class will teach you how:
- To strengthen your financial situation
- To identify and assess the financial needs of your business
- To identify sources of capital
- How to prepare the essential documents for a lender or investor
- How to answer key questions to capitalize on opportunities
