Get glowing as you race through downtown Houma in your glow gear and neon attire!
Terrebonne General Medical Center (TGMC) and Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) present the 3rd Annual Night Light Dash 5k on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 5-9:00 pm.
The glow-in-the-dark event includes a 5k fun run throughout an illuminated course in downtown Houma, followed by a post-race finish festival at the TGMC Sports Performance Training Center Speed Track with food, music and more. The family-friendly event encourages participants to wear neon attire and glow accessories.
Registration is now available online here. The registration fee is $30 and includes a dri-fit race t-shirt. Race day registration is also available.
Proceeds from the event will benefit The Foundation for TGMC to provide free cardiac screenings for people in our community. Screenings are an effective way to generate awareness, increase prevention and assist with early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.
