Terrebonne General Medical Center (TGMC) is proud to announce Sabrina Lewis as its July Employee of the Month.
Lewis is a 12-year TGMC employee and she works as the Women’s Health Center secretary where she plays an integral role in maintaining quality initiatives for the department services as a liaison with the patient billing department, while also assisting patients and their families.
TGMC names its Employee of the Month each month as a way to honor those who demonstrate outstanding and constant commitment to the well-being of patients, their extended families and staff.
Lewis won the award because she’s recognized by peers for her proactive work ethic, positive attitude and capacity to successfully manage a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities in a quickly changing environment.
“I love the daily challenges that working in a hospital setting brings,” Lewis said. “I’m extremely honored to receive this award and appreciate the recognition from my supervisors and co-workers.”
TGMC Employee of the Month nominees are selected internally based on their commitment to the TGMC mission to provide exceptional healthcare with compassion.
