Terrebonne General Medical Center has named Matthew Bascle as its March Employee of the Month.
TGMC names an Employee of the Month every month to a recipient who demonstrates outstanding and constant commitment to the well-being of patients, extended families and staff.
The Employee of the Month also makes it a priority to live TGMC’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare with compassion.
Bascle is a 26-year employee and a Cardio-Respiratory Care Registered Respiratory Therapist.
He earned the honor because coworkers say he is motivated, self-driven and can be trusted to get any assignment done.
Coworkers say Bascle treats patients with respect and like family.
“I work with a great group of people to improve the health and welfare of our community,” said Bascle. “I feel both blessed and honored to have been nominated and receive this award from my peers and co-workers.”
