February 21, 2020The Krewe of Mardi Gras, Houma’s only east side parade, kicks off at 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 22. The parade has a new starting point, on Woodlawn Ranch Road.
The 300+ member krewe features both men and women on 18 throwing floats.
This year’s Grand Marshal is Michael Lewis.
King XXVI is Delmar Kelly and Queen XXVI is Tessie Meyers.
Pages to the Court are Hannah Henley, Hazel Henley, Adam Pontiff and Amber Pontiff.
Parade Captain is S.P. Larussa.
