The Bayou Community Foundation (BCF) is accepting grant requests for its 2020 competitive grants program through February 20.

Qualified nonprofits serving Lafourche, Terrebonne and Grand Isle with human services, education, workforce development and coastal preservation programs are encouraged to apply. Organizations may email a one-page grant request by 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 20 for consideration. Following review of initial requests, select organizations will be invited to submit a more extensive application. The competitive grants will be awarded in June.

In 2019, BCF awarded $207,070 in grants to 28 organizations.
