There is a fire at a chemical plant in Westlake, a surrounding area of Lake Charles, according to reports.
It has been reported that the I-10 is closed at Sulphur due to the massive chemical leak.
Sulphur, Westlake and Moss Bluff residents are asked to shelter in place.
