Bridge Closure in Lafourche

The Cote Blanche Bridge will be closed to vehicular and marine traffic today due to cable repairs, Lafourche Parish Public Works announced today. 

It will be closed immediately until approximately 12 p.m., according to the post. 

The Cut Off Lift Bridge to the North and South Lafourche Lift Bridge to the South can be used as alternative routes. 

“Please be aware of the LPG workers in the area during this closure,” the post reads. “Lafourche Parish Public Works appreciates your patience during this brief inconvenience.
