Here are Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) that are open across the area.  The centers provide an opportunity for survivors to talk face-to-face with a recovery specialist who can answer questions and help with issues.

Some centers move around, in order to provide access to people throughout affected areas.  However, any survivor can go to any center in the state of Louisiana for the same assistance–they are not restricted to their home parish.
