Entergy continues to chip away at local power outages.
As of 9 p.m. Monday, the power company has just more than 3,000 outages locally – down from the 17,000 on yesterday and the 7,000 we reported earlier today.
Lafourche outages are minimal with just 464 customers without power. Terrebonne still has 2,721 customers affected by outages after Hurricane Barry.
Entergy said this past weekend that it’s their hope to have all local outages restored in the coming days as crews work round the clock.
