A total of 14 Fletcher Technical Community College employees were recognized for their combined 155 years of service to the organization.

Those recognitions were handed out on Aug. 12 when Fletcher faculty and staff gathered in the Wellness Center of Thibodaux Regional Medical Center for Convocation, which leads up to the start of the fall semester.

In addition to the employee recognition, employees learned about conflict management and customer service.

Fletcher Chancellor Dr. Kristine Strickland said she’s grateful for the long-standing employees at the local school – people who have touched literally thousands of lives in their careers.
