Houma Christian School has announced their closure, March 16 through April 13, to follow the Governor’s mandate.
The following statement was sent to parents:
Houma Christian School will be closed starting Monday, March 16th until Monday, April 13th. This in accordance with the Governor’s proclamation today that all public Pk-12 schools are mandated to close to help stop the spread of the COVID-19.
Houma Christian School has been planning for the possibility of a temporary school stoppage. We will be communicating with our Warrior families via text and social media next week on implementing our Distant Learning Program for all elementary and high school students. We are asking parents and students to please be patient and flexible as we prepare for this unprecedented event. We will make the commitment to establish an effective and open line of communication to help us get through this challenging time. You should be expecting forthcoming announcements in the coming days. With your help and prayers, we will get through this.
