Grand Isle lifts mandatory evacuation; LA 1 opens

From the Lafourche Parish Government:
The Mandatory Evacuation for all residents and businesses South of the Leon Theriot Flood Gate and other low-lying areas has been lifted.
Water levels are receding along LA-1, debris is being cleared and Port Fourchon will notify businesses when tenants can return to their facilities.
