The Survivor Benefit Program is offering assistance to residents of South Louisiana who were affected by Hurricane Ida, and were denied or under-awarded by FEMA.
The program is offering free resources to support the application process, contractor estimates to support applicants appeal, guidance throughout the FEMA process, coordination with local FEMA representatives, as well as tips, and best practices to follow.
Applicants are encouraged to contact Cherie Matherne, the PACIT Cultural Heritage & Resiliency Coordinator, by Friday, January 28, to put your name on the list. Call 985-446-3129 for more information.
