Louisiana State Senator Mike Fesi has tested positive for COVID-19, according to a WDSU report.
Fesi had not been vaccinated against the coronavirus, according to WDSU.
According to WDSU, Fesi said he is currently following the doctor’s orders and resting.
Fesi represents the 20th District, which covers Lafourche and Terrebonne.
